We deliberately keep our roster small — about 80 active practitioners — so we can vouch for everyone we send.

Practitioners share availability, qualifications, references. Nurseries tell us who they need.

We read every profile. Our placements team reviews fit, location, room type, and vibe. Shortlist of 2–3.

Nursery interviews. We handle paperwork, references, DBS checks. Invoicing is direct.

Our vetting

If a practitioner can't tick all four, they don't go on the directory. We'd rather have a short list than a wide one.

In-person interview

Every practitioner meets us, in person or via video. We rate confidence, warmth, EYFS knowledge.

Enhanced DBS

Checked, dated, on the Update Service. We re-verify before every placement.

Two professional references

Always from past nursery roles — minimum one within the last 18 months.

Paediatric First Aid

We log certification expiry and prompt renewals. Non-negotiable for room leaders.
