OLR Assessments Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal information handled through this site. We are registered in England and Wales (company no. 11839204) and with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration Z3094812).
Candidates — when you register we collect your name, contact details, date of birth, qualifications, DBS status, and the names and contact details of your referees.
Nurseries — when you request staff we collect your contact details and the details of the role you need filled.
We use this information to match practitioners with nurseries, to carry out vetting (references, DBS and right-to-work checks), and to arrange and administer placements. We never share a candidate's profile with a nursery without their agreement, and we never sell personal data.
We rely on your consent when you register with us, and on our legitimate interest in running a staffing agency for the day-to-day administration of matching and placements. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Candidate profiles are kept while you remain on our roster, and for up to 12 months after you ask to be removed so we can evidence our vetting. Nursery request details are kept for 24 months after a request closes. Anything we must keep longer by law (e.g. placement records) is kept for the statutory period only.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email hello@olr-assessments.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
